Umami Roasted Potatoes & Cauliflower Recipe

An easy, quick way to turn everyday staples into something special with a dash of Seed Ranch Umami Hot Sauce 

 

In a bowl mix: 

2 medium potatoes
1 head cauliflower 
2 TBSP Extra virgin olive oil 
1 tsp salt 
1/2 tsp pepper 

Spead evenly on baking sheet(s) and roast potatoes and cauliflower at 425 degrees for approximately 30 minutes, or until brown and crisp. 

Parsley garnish (to taste)
