We bought a bottle a few years ago on a whim, and since then we've gifted bottles to every single person we know, including family across the country. It's the perfect combination of heat, umami, and something unique that sets it apart from all other hot sauces. We add it to everything from breakfast scrambles to soups to burritos and we literally have not found a dish that it doesn't enhance.

Truffle Hound has a nice balance of spicy heat with subtle truffle after-tones. Very nice.

It's amazingly good. I love hot sauce. I've eaten them for 60 years. This is the best. I got it at Home Goods gourmet section for $9.99. I wouldn't have poo aid $16.99 but I will now.

I call this the “gateway hot sauce because typically I am not a hot sauce person, but now I’m open to trying more. I can barley handle spice in general and the Truffle Hound has become my new favorite sauce. It’s not just heat, it has FLAVOR! It gets me every time. Love love.

This stuff is simply amazing. It has so much depth and flavor. Probably my all time favorite seasoning. Steaks, wild game, veggies, it works with nearly everything.

My husband HATED Brussel Sprouts! HATED THEM! I slice the Brussel sprouts in half and add extra virgin olive oil (Spanish, 1st press). I put them on a baking rack on top of a sheet pan, add your umami seasoning onto it, bake at a high temp and, voila! My husband LOVES Brussel Sprouts!!!! We have them once a week (at least) now! Delish!!!!! I can’t wait to try your other seasonings!!

Everything But The Sushi & Dumplings Sauce

This sauce has quickly become a staple in our meals! We went through the first bottle so quickly, I ordered the four pack. The flavor is perfect and goes with any Asian dish; it adds all the right flavors to anything you're eating. Highly recommend!

Honestly I love tobasco. But now I have a new favorite sauce company, Seed Ranch is the best hot sauce I’ve had, can’t wait to try them all! I love Umami, which is delicious and fun to say. I also love the taco sauce.

Everything But The Taco Hot Sauce

This is my second bottle of this flavor. I can’t wait to try all of the other flavors and seasonings!

I was honestly expecting a great sauce but definitely not expecting THIS sauce. The Everything But the Taco sauce is amazing. Good little kick to it and really unique flavor.

I have found this cheese blend to be best when applied to a pre-cooked cold product. Pasta salad is a definite, also consider any vegetable or cold bean salad. The heat comes as a late reminder on the tongue, excellent. When used in a heated sauce, I find that you might use a bit more to recognize its taste which lends to a far greater heat profile(not a bad thing). If Seed folks might consider getting this blend to a finer grain profile, it may have more applications.

This stuff is fantastic. I was looking for various seasonings to make my tofu, seitan, and veggies a little more flavorful. I found and bought the cheddar craving flavor on Amazon (The price is better here!) and I am totally hooked. I sprinkle it on pasta and I dont miss Mac and Cheese at all. It’s amazing on Tots, potatoes, macaroni... probably everything, tbh. I came to this site to buy more because I am halfway through my first bottle and I do not want to run out. Ever. Thank you Seed Ranch!! Seriously, it’s amazing sprinkled on macaroni. I also have the general tso flavor and it’s sweet and spicy. I’m still figuring out some recipes for that. So far it has been tasty sprinkled on tofu and tossed with noodles and sesame oil. Don’t hesitate to buy this brand - it’s awesome.

Love, love, love this sauce! I initially picked it up cuz peach, but if I were to try it in a blind taste test, I don't think I'd ever guess peach. But it's unique and tangy and is perfect on the lettuce of a taco, sandwich, or burger to give it some zing. Not too hot, about what you'd expect for cayenne. I like that they use apple cider vinegar as the base but vinegar haters might not... so beware, the acv is more detectable than the peach. Still surprisingly good, I bought a few single bottles on amazon before deciding to just buy a case here. Please don't ever discontinue this one!

I took a motorcycle ride today to my favorite restaurant, but it was closed. So I continued on to the next town,and went into a bar/ restaurant and ordered 3 street tacos. They were not bad,just "blah",so I asked my server for some hot sauce. Out of about 20 bottles on the bar , I grabbed this one.
Let me tell you,it transformed the food,and was the high point of the ride!

This is my go to sauce. The flavor is a perfect blend, rich, bold, allows the peppers to shine. Excellent sauce

I’m addicted to this hot sauce. My favorite Seed Ranch product though I enjoy others. It has just a little thickness to its consistency greater than most hot sauces so like the fact it’s a little less prone to dripping off what I’m putting it on. As it’s name indicates it packs umami in a big way. It has the requisite heat kick but as with all Seed Ranch sauces I’ve sampled it’s not hot simply for the sake of being hot. So if you buy hot sauce simply for intense heat thus probably isn’t for you. If, however, you want a great balanced flavor packing some kick I’d recommend this enthusiastically!

I blend this sauce (the hot version) with a sweet chili sauce and dip dumplings into the sauce! I'm obsessed.

Thai green is one of my 2 favorite flavors (Peach Cayenne is the other), but all of them are good. I particularly like that that they are made with good ingredients, and I am especially pleased that they are very low on sodium, which most sauces of this type are not.

Very yummy and it makes my tummy happy. Every bite I take of Thai green makes me want to sing and dance because it tastes very yummy.

Just the right amount of spice that keeps one wanting to pour it on almosts everything!

Great smoky flavor and taste great

This sauce is great over bbq and other heavy flavors, but it's too runny to be a favorite or a staple. Heat is great at a mild-medium (4.5/10 Hot Ones scale), just wish It was thicker. Tried it over pizza and it was a mess. Make sure you have utensils and it's a great flavor burst. Other than the runniness it's fantastic, would be 5 stars if it was thicker

This sauce has excellent flavor but doesn’t fry your taste buds in heat so I can still taste it! I was a little disappointed that the batch I received was runnier than a prior batch. I prefer the thicker consistency.

Excellent hot sauce!! I am a wimp when it comes to hot sauce. I mean, I can get by, but have a bit of a weak palate for heat. I like Tobasco sauce but find it can get too spicy for me... to the point I can't enjoy the food I put it on because of the heat. THIS hot sauce, the smoked jalepeno, is terrific!! It still has the heat and spice but without burning your mouth so you can still savor whatever food you put it on. It reminds me of a very spicy BBQ sauce but not as sweet and heavy and with just the right heat that lets you know its there, but knows when to give up.

Bought this at a little boutique in Fells Point and genuinely didn't notice the "no heat" part. It is SO packed with flavor you don't even notice it doesn't have a lot of spice. It tricks your tongue into thinking it's eating something spicy. There is a tiny amount of heat from the chipotle but that's it. It pairs with everything and we are using it in beef stew, tomato sauce, anything that needs a hit of intense flavor. I used it on pizza and it was insane.

NGL, bought my first bottle at HomeGoods for 5 bucks. Coming here for a case. My fridge will never be without it. Our fam is gluten free & dairy free, so as you can imagine, our dishes often lack depth. This is an automatic fix.
