I have found this cheese blend to be best when applied to a pre-cooked cold product. Pasta salad is a definite, also consider any vegetable or cold bean salad. The heat comes as a late reminder on the tongue, excellent. When used in a heated sauce, I find that you might use a bit more to recognize its taste which lends to a far greater heat profile(not a bad thing). If Seed folks might consider getting this blend to a finer grain profile, it may have more applications.
