This is two legendary flavors in one sauce. We blended Nashville style hot sauce with sweet & spicy Korean hot sauce. NashSeoul is a fast-favorite. We're using it on rice bowls, veggies, wings, tofu, and pretty much anything else we can find.

Spice level: Medium

Refrigeration is not necessary. Simply store in a cool dry place.

Because we don't use any gums or preservatives, separation may occur. Give the sauce a good shake before you use it.

Plant-based Flavor

Seed Ranch has been plant-based from the beginning. Even though hot sauce is typically vegan, our products are made with plant-based cooking in mind. Even our name, Seed Ranch Flavor Co, came from the idea that the best food is grown from seeds.

FROM OUR KITCHEN TO YOURS

Ever since we started selling sauce at the Boulder Farmer's Market in 2017, we've been inspired by using high quality, fresh ingredients and home cooking to come up with our new flavors. Everything still starts in our home kitchen, taste-tested by family and friends.

NashSeoul Hot Sauce

It's amazing nashville hstyle hot sauce meets spicy Korean! With the Gochujang, Cayenne and Garlic it's an absolute go to on my ramen and scrambled eggs! 10/10

Nash-Seoul

Not a particularly hot, hot sauce, but what it lacks in overall heat, it makes up for in flavor. Garlic and gochujang are front and center, with cayenne and other spices on the back end, with a tangy sweetness overall. A nitpick would be, it is a bit on the thin side.

Eat it with a spoon good!

I will keep this sauce in my fridge as long as it’s in production. I’ve had it 2 weeks and I’m down to a quarter bottle. Eggs, noodles/rice/tofu, add to to bbq sauce, douse a tortilla and I’ve even put it on toast with apricot jam. This is a winner if you like a hearty gochujang. Not very hot, so it’s great for combining with other hotter sauces if you need a little more dynamite.
