Susan Sweeney My husband HATED Brussel Sprouts! HATED THEM! I slice the Brussel sprouts in half and add extra virgin olive oil (Spanish, 1st press). I put them on a baking rack on top of a sheet pan, add your umami seasoning onto it, bake at a high temp and, voila! My husband LOVES Brussel Sprouts!!!! We have them once a week (at least) now! Delish!!!!! I can’t wait to try your other seasonings!!
