We're adding some serious depth with a touch of Smoked Jalapeño and mezcal, and the result is nothing short of mind-blowing. From BBQs to beach parties this is a drink that will transport you straight to the tropics. This is not your grandma's summer cocktail - this is the Smoky Watermelon Granita Cocktail.

What you need:

  • 2 cups chunked watermelon
  • 1 cup mango (or peach)
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ lime
  • 1 Tbsp of Smoked Jalapeño
  • 4oz mezcal
  • Garnish with a bit of basil

  1. Combine watermelon chunks, mango, ice, lime juice, Smoked Jalapeño, and mezcal in a blender and blend until smooth.
