Discovered this while looking for a “clean” sauce without preservatives and cane sugar. Addicted after the first taste. Promptly bought a case and I’ll be back for more.

NashSeoul Hot Sauce

This sauce is so delicious. Wing sauce with an Asian twist. I’ve been using it on pizza instead of tomato sauce. It is a mild sauce but packs a lot of flavor.

The process of ordering was difficult. Why?? because there were so many good choices!!LoL!! After I made my choice, the ordering process was simple and easy. When I received my order, one bottle had a cracked cap and the contents leaked out. I contacted Seed Ranch. They replied within 24 hours with requests for photos and details. After I sent all the info, they replied within24 hours with my choices. I received a new bottle quickly!!
The flavors are varied and outstanding. Fresh. Flavorful. Not just "heat". And the ingredients: simple, natural, no chemicals!! I use the sauces every day. I can't wait to empty a bottle to buy more!

When I go to a New Mexican restaurant I get the chile relleno. Italian: spaghetti bolognese. I like to see how places do with classic dishes first, and Seed Ranch’s Just Wingin it is a marvelous take on a classic buffalo sauce. A little more heat than your average buffalo sauce, but not scorching for unseasoned taste buds, a hint of sweetness without tasting “sweet”. Spot on once again! The smoked jalapeño is fantastic too.

Since april Ive been looking for a replacement for Hoff and Pepper's Wake up Call after Hoff went out of business. This was the closest anyone has come to filling that void. Really great east meets west Sriracha style sauce. High reccomend!

This sauce is perfect with tacos of all types. Just the right additional favor kick!

Great hot sauce. The different layers of flavor are great. It has nice heat and is really fresh and vibrant tasting. I used it on chicken fajitas tonight they were excellent.

This is hot sauce is amazing on fish, shrimp and fried rice! the ginger and sweet sesame really shine through, and the tamari really gives it the umami flavor, and the finish of wasabi can't be missed.

It's amazing nashville hstyle hot sauce meets spicy Korean! With the Gochujang, Cayenne and Garlic it's an absolute go to on my ramen and scrambled eggs! 10/10
